Terms & Conditions Wholesale


You are only authorised to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to Wigglesteps Australia at the physical and/or web address given. If you wish to sell at secondary stores (physical or online) please contact us to gain approval.

If you wish to sell wigglesteps at your physical and online retail store you can indicate this (tick the box for ‘physical and online’) in your registration process or gain approval at a later point through contacting us. Wigglesteps Australia does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through markets without written permission.


Approval is needed before becoming a Wigglesteps Australia stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. Please contact us if you need more details to your specific shop exclusivity.


Wigglesteps Australia does not have a minimum order price for all new wholesale customers. A minimum order price of A$150 + freight (if applicable) applies for re-orders.


Prices shown on our website are exclusive of GST. Wigglesteps Australia is not registered for GST. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced.

All goods come with a RRP (shown on our website www.wigglesteps.com.au) and must not be priced under this amount.

Freight is not included in the cost of goods.


We accept payment by Direct Deposit, by Credit Card or by Paypal.  Please note that orders will not be sent until cleared payment is received.
All unpaid orders will be held for 7 days.  After this time, unpaid orders will be returned to stock.


We offer A$10 flat rate shipping Australia wide, on all wholesale orders, no matter the size.

All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking at no extra charge.

You can also choose ‘local pickup’ if you wish to collect your order in Fremantle. We will contact you via email to arrange a local pickup/delivery time.


We are an Australian based business; however we welcome our international customers too! We offer A$25 flat rate shipping to New Zealand and A$30 flat rate shipping to all other countries on all wholesale orders, no matter the size.

All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking at no extra charge.


Orders are not processed until full payment is received. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days but usually sooner. You will be notified by email when your order has been sent. Transit times depend on Australia Post and your location.


All orders are checked for quality and correctness at the time of packing. All orders are tracked through Australia Post’s Click and Send service, so both parties are notified about the delivery status.

If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with please contact Wigglesteps Australia within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for a “change of mind”.


Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Wigglesteps Australia.

We will ask your permission before we list your store’s contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request.

We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from wigglesteps.com.au. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Payment Processor, Stripe.
