Wigglesteps Australia is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with please contact Wigglesteps Australia within 14 days and we accept product returns.

Gift cards and damaged merchandise not due to our error are exempt from being refunded.

Exchange requests are subject to availability of stock.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will get in touch with you via email.

If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Items must be returned in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange it. We will also ship your exchange request back to you at your expense. Please note, if the product is not faulty, you are responsible for shipping costs to exchange itemss.


Before you return any products you must contact us via email socks@wigglesteps.com.au

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

All items returned must be in the original condition.
